Lounge stays are for a maximum of three hours prior to the scheduled departure time of your flight, however, please ensure that you also check with your airline regarding check-in opening times. The lounge is located after Security. Additional time within the lounge may be purchased, subject to availability.

Can I change or cancel my booking?
This depends on the product you purchase. Supersaver products cannot be amended or cancelled. All other products can be amended or cancelled up to 2 hours before your car park entry time. You can do this in the Manage my Booking facility on our online booking site.
Can I change a registration number after booking?
Yes you can change the registration number up to 24 hours before your car park entry time. You can do this in the Manage my Booking facility on our online booking site.
